I am a Principal AI Strategist with 25+ years in enterprise technology and the founder of Future Fusion Technologies. I spent over a decade leading technology research and innovation at CVS Health, where my team's computer vision work won a CIO 100 award, and I was a Lead Enterprise Architect at IBM before that. Today I design and build agentic and generative AI systems, and I help companies in retail and healthcare turn them into real results. I hold multiple USPTO patents and am the author of "Building Agentic AI Systems" (BPB Publications).
